Clinician
MST-BSF
Multisystemic Therapy - Building Stronger Families (MST-BSF) Clinicians work flexible schedules with work-from-home options, 6+ weeks/year PTO, 15 paid holidays, and comprehensive benefits package. They receive training in the MST-BSF model and carry a caseload of up to 4 families at a time, and receive support from a case manager on the team. Our teams enjoy a warm, supportive work culture and work-life balance perks offered by Family CT. Family Centered Services of CT is a non-profit based in the East Rock neighborhood of New Haven.
Clinicians provide in-home services to families referred by DCF due to recent or current parental substance use. Families are located in DCF Region 2. Comfort in making home visits required. Reliable transportation, a valid CT driver's license, and auto insurance required. Ability to work with professionals and paraprofessionals as part of a team.
Must be eligible for a provisional or full clinical license in Connecticut. New grads who are eligible for LPCA/LMFTa/LMSW welcome to apply!
