Parents are their children’s FIRST and MOST influential teachers.

Baby&MeCT aims to partner with parents to model healthy attachment for and with their children to promote optimal child development. This program is a FREE home visitation program for parents/caregivers with children prenatal to five. Baby&MeCT focuses on parent-child attachment and bonding, child development, and family well-being. Baby&MeCT matches parents/caregivers with a dedicated, skilled Family Support Provider who partners with parents to achieve their goals for their child and themselves.
